Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, but there was quite a bit of humidity that made it feel damp at times. I loved the amazing location near the rainforest, though finding dining options close by was a bit challenging. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but the high prices for food and service could be a drawback.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, with spacious and beautiful rooms that were kept impeccably clean. The service was genuinely kind and helpful, especially at the lounge, but I noticed that the dining options could use a bit more variety. The location was perfect for exploring the lively areas of San Juan and the surrounding attractions, making it a great value overall, though Wi-Fi wasn't included in the package.
I had a lovely time at this resort nestled near the rain forest. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the view from the balcony. While the dining options were somewhat limited, I found the service to be very courteous. On the downside, I had to venture into Old San Juan for a nice birthday meal, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a relaxing stay with some small drawbacks.
The hotel offers beautiful views and is set in a well-kept location near the rain forest, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. My room had some issues, like needing to manually control the air conditioning, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was generally friendly, but there were moments where the staff didn't seem very approachable. Overall, while the amenities were decent, it could improve in certain areas to provide a better experience.
I had a really nice stay at the hotel, where the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The rooms provided a clean and comfortable retreat, although they felt a bit overpriced for the size. I adored the beautiful surroundings, especially given the easy access to nearby diving and sailing spots. However, I found some dining options lacking, which did take away from the overall experience.
